Carmen Puhlmann is a Certified Rapid-NFR Specialist with 23 years experience as a Registered Massage Therapist and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Science.
She has a passion for therapeutic treatment, and has continued her education to learn the best techniques to treat pain, injuries, and reduced range of motion.

Appointments are available with Carmen at her quiet, clean studio on her acreage in Sturgeon County, Alberta (15 minutes North of Edmonton & 5 minutes from Bon Accord)
When she is not working Carmen enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dogs, tending to her farm critters including sheep, gardening and reading or listening to audiobooks.
