What Service is best for you?

Over the course of my 23 year career in massage therapy, I have taken many speciality courses with the intention of finding the best way to get my clients out of pain. I now offer the following services: RAPID-NFR, Therapeutic Massage, and Spinal Flow Technique. All services can contain MPS therapy and Spinal Flow as needed within your treatment time at no extra charge. (For online booking click here)

Often new clients reach out to ask me what service to book for. I always tell them not to stress to much about what to book and just book any time slot for themselves. Once I have reviewed a clients intake form, or treatment goals form and confirmed their primary complaints, and goals, I will always use the best modality during their appointment time to help them achieve those goals.

RAPID-NFR is available in 20 -60 minute appointment times. I recommend RAPID-NFR for people coming in with pain of any kind or goals to improve range of movement. I have many clients that come to me specifically for specialized treatments like RAPID-NFR, MPS therapy, and MPS scar therapy and go to other RMT’s for their regular relaxation massage treatments as well. Shorter appointment times are ideal for RAPID-NFR.

Therapeutic Massage- is available in 60-90 minutes. I have moved away from relaxation massage to offering a dynamic blended therapeutic massage treatment. This service begins with some therapeutic massage with oils, lotions, and cupping and treatment of the spine with MPS Therapy, and finishes RAPID-NFR. I always end with RAPID-NFR and often the client is dressed again for this part of the treatment. I will often recommend this treatment for someone who could benefit from more extensive MPS therapy for the back.

Spinal Flow Technique– Spinal flow is for every body, from new born to 100, the ultimate goal of spinal flow sessions goes beyond symptom/condition based care (Pain to no pain, disease to no disease) to guiding the body back to whole body health and vitality by improving the overall health of both the spine and the nervous system. Once you have had your initial spinal flow assessment you can book a follow up one on one or group spinal flow sessions. For more information on the benefits of group spinal flow click here. A new assessment is booked every 12 spinal flow treatments so that we can track your changes overtime with your before and after pictures and posture assessments. Spinal flow can be booked 1 time a month or 3 times a day as needed.
